U.S. Postal service shipping time is in addition to our handling time.
All orders are shipped First Class, Priority, or Express Mail via US Postal.

What is WhimZ Accessories return policy?
We guarantee 100% satisfation with your purchase. You may return unused merchandise within 30 days for an exchange or return. Credits or charges due will be issued to the original credit card. Returns for refund after 30 days will result in an online Whimz store credit. Returns after 45 days will not be allowed. Initial shipping fees as well as return and exchange shipping costs are not refundable.
FOR ORDERS OVER 8 PIECES OR $150 THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE DEDUCTED.
